The location of the guesthouse is very convenient, being close to the train station and shopping mall. the property is spacious, offering a variety of facilities to use. the hostess is helpful and accommodating, even providing electric heaters when the heating was not working. the exterior of the house is well presented and the interior is clean and tidy. Guests appreciate the quirky and janky features of the house, which add a unique touch to their stay.
There were some cleanliness issues in the house, with dust and stains on the bedding upon arrival. some parts of the house, like the doors and carpet, were not cleaned properly.

We got great value for our money at Vita Guesthouse. The room was fantastic, with comfortable beds and a lovely atmosphere. The location was convenient, close to the station and shopping mall. The staff treated us really well, especially the hostess who went out of her way to help us with the heating issue and allowed us to check in early.
Regarding breakfast options, it would be great if there were more varieties of cutlery, glasses, and bowls available for the number of guests staying.

For the money we paid, the Vita Guesthouse was definitely worth it. The rooms were incredibly comfortable and the house had all the facilities we needed and more. The location was convenient, just a short distance from the train station and shopping mall. The host, Maria, was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay.
The hotel breakfast menu could use some improvement. It would have been nice to have more options available.

The beds were absolutely amazing, providing a comfortable and restful sleep during my Easter stay. the house was well presented from the outside and clean and tidy on the inside. the location was also a key advantage, being conveniently close to both the train station and a shopping mall.
The cleanliness of the house was quite poor upon arrival, with dusty and stained bedding in all rooms. the sofas also needed a thorough cleaning, as they caused us to break out in spots and get bitten.
